Not secured your tickets yet for the 2019 World Taekwondo Championships in Manchester? Hurry, as prices are set to increase from the 1st April!
Ticket prices for the event – the first time it’s been held in the UK – have so far been vastly reduced giving you an opportunity to see your favourite stars in action – for less.
The first ticketing phase ended on 30th December and brought in the second phase which itself will end on 31st March meaning ticket prices will increase, on average, by £4 per adult ticket and £2 per junior ticket.
The event will take place at the Manchester Arena from Wednesday the 15th of May to Sunday the 19th of May. The action starts from 9.30am each day but don’t worry if you can’t attend for a full day, as each day is split into day and night sessions!
Wondering which are the best days to see one of Britain’s many amazing stars in action? Well, you’re in luck, as there will be a member of the GB Taekwondo squad competing on each of the five days!
That includes the likes of Jade Jones, Bianca Walkden, Lauren Williams, Mahama Cho and Lutalo Muhammad who will all be looking to be part of the action and gain valuable ranking points ahead of next year’s Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
